Model DZ evaporator can be widely used to evaporate and concentrate
water or organic solvent solution for the industries , such as
medicine , food , chemical industry and light industry etc.,
especially fit for the low-temperate continuous concentration
thermal matter( for example ,water ,extraction liquid of
antibiotic ,mild ,fruit juice etc ,produced from traditional
Chinese medicine) under the vacuum condition ,so it can ensure the
product quality.
Model DZ evaporator possesses the following feathers on its
structure:
I. All the parts touching adopt high-quality stainless steel
to prevent the matter from being polluted.
II. Three-grade disjunction is adopted in order to improve the
disjunctive efficient of steam and liquid ,remove foam ,prevent
from entraining .The collecting way: Make vapor-liquid tangent
enter into evaporation pot, take advantage of centrifugal force and
sedimentation function in the pot ,even if for the material liquid
producing foam( for example ,traditional Chinese liquid containing
soap ), it also can reach satisfactory disjunction efficient.
III. A quick-opening cap is set at the top of the heater in
order to clean easily ,and manhole is set on evaporation pot body
in order to clean the inner wall of the pot.
IV. All the lamp hole an a viewing mirror are set on the
evaporator body in order to observe during operation .Compared with
domestic up-film evaporator ,down-film one , up & down
film one in common use ,Model DZ evaporator belongs to out circle
one ,the concentration ratio of material liquid is larger ,and
dirty in ;easy to form in the pope ,for example ,the specific
gravity of concentration for decocting liquid of traditional
Chinese medicine water≥1.35 ,while no dirty forms in the pipe.

Medicine And Light Ind . Design Institute in 1985 according to a
sample imported from abroad ,and SP series of product and it
are assigned officially to our factory for appointed production
Model DZ out circle vacuum evaporator is a kind of natural circle
evaporator operated under vacuum system.
This product is universal evaporation device .It can both evaporate
and concentrate water solution and be used for recovering solution
evaporation of organic solvent , and can be operated under both
vacuum and normal pressure.
